4S FNP Solution for Room and Facility Booking System
4S Room and Facility booking system help school to manage their room and other facilities (tablets, projectors, instruments etc..) with fully usage.
- Users can book the facilities on-line and reschedule those bookings very easy.

Background
Most schools encourage students to join the extracurricular activities to extend their interests beyond basic taught subjects. Difference interest clubs will book the classroom after school for lessons and meeting. Some school will have dedicated staffs to handle classroom booking and prepare related facility for. Most systems can handle simple booking only and cannot generate report to analysis the usage status.

- Specific UI for classroom, function room, facility booking
- User may book the room and period in system. Once booking confirmed, system will generate email (SMS) to remind the user and user need to confirm the usage during the booking period.
- User may change or cancel the booking period in advance. System will monitor the usage and does not allow long period booking for any classroom or facility
- System will generate statistic report for facility usage record in order to check any abuse or insufficient facilities equipped.
- System support image file (JPG, PDF etc..) upload. User may upload their classroom setting diagram to let operator to arrange according for.
